Now that Google has uncomfortably shoehorned themselves into the hardware business, many questions remain. Why? Can I play Onlive on these? Will these take the place of the roku and others when we connect it to our TV? How dead in the water will we be if there isn’t any WIFI or reception for the Chromebook? Can the Chromebox play Netflix, Amazon Instant Videos, NBA, Hulu Plus, Crunchyroll and Mspot Movies well?
Google Drive is also said to be more deeply integrated and the full list of improvements and new features can be read on the Official Google Blog. All in all, it looks like a very nice improvement and with the Chromebook priced at $450 and the Chromebox priced at $330, it’s priced very competitively.
