Android, BB10 and Windows Phone users should expect TouchCalc to become available for their handsets in Q4 2012 or Q1 2013
Our favorite non-android developer Tamoggemon, has finally almost created an app for us! Its not here yet but here are the details for the Bada version:
“Ever went shopping with your Samsung Wave, only to find out that the calculator could not figure out what you wanted to know? Ever failed an exam or lost a deal because you didn’t have a proper calculator app? Fret not, Tamoggemon TouchCalc is here.
In addition to support for complex arithmetic expressions, TouchCalc also knows a large array of functions which make the program suitable for both scientific and educational use. For example, solve trigonometric problems effortlessly on the go –the ever-expanding list of supported functions is found at www.tamoggemon.com/bada/tcal/supported-functions.html.
A powerful graphing engine permits users to quickly analyze the behaviour of mathematical systems. As it uses the same Pirna engine which is also used for calculations, everything which can be computed can also be graphed with ease.
Due to unique aspects of the bada ecosystem, the application is available for free. Frequent updates will be supplied once a month, and are deployed automatically via an integrated update checker.”
