Path Is Growing?

Updated just last week, Path appears to be growing at a great rate. With it allowing you just 150 friends and less notifications, this app is aimed at frequent and close communication. Have you tried it yet?

Path’s presence on the platform is growing, with 40% of last month’s downloads coming from the Android version. Path was designed to feel home-like, and Path engineers have worked to ensure its latest update fit aesthetically within Android and follows the style guide in key ways, including: “Delight me in surprising ways”: Path takes this point to heart and features a fun, fan-like animation to show you key features when you need them and keeps them out of the way when you don’t.

Path uses angular styling and the Android-specific Roboto font to give the native app a consistent Android feel, and avoids the “glossy” look in other platforms. Focusing only on important notifications: Path for Android doesn’t use push notifications, and only direct comments and friend requests appear in the notification drawer. Path has an intuitive user interface that utilizes both sliding panels and buttons for ease of use and accessibility. Path for Android is compatible with version 2.1 and up.
