Motorola Droid RAZR Dropping data connections?

 

 

Did you just buy a Motorola Droid Razr? Is it dropping data connections like the Droid Bionic? That is not a good sign. It’s probably not a hardware issue per se. I’m sure a software update should fix it. It’s not that big of an issue yet so don’t expect Motorola to publically address it until the cry get’s louder.    It’s been happening to me daily since i’ve recieved it in the mail. It doesn’t seem to matter what i’m doing, browsing or streaming / in any specific apps. Also it doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s on 3g or 4g. It’ll randomly drop data completly and apps and etc will say no available data connection, etc. Usually it will come back say 20s-1min later on it’s on. Sometimes i have to turn it on and off, or airplane mode and back to normal to fix it.

   Wow, That is not good. Hopefully Moto will send a fix out for this soon.
