@parislemon from TechCrunch.com makes a funny yet excellent point. When I receive requests for software reviews I wonder about two things. Do they know I only review mobile apps and do they know I only review mobile apps for android. There are a lot of sites that I wish and ask for android versions. I’m always hounding gdgt.com and mahalo.com for an android app. They say one is coming soon but I guess it is hard to find an android developer…. Wait, that is incorrect because reddit.com and xda-developers.com are teeming with independent devs with great ideas looking for a sponsor or contract.
Now of course learning Java is not that easy, I tried, but having an idea turned into a product can be easier with a developer by your side. As MG mentions in the link below, the money will come because people are on their smartphone more than anything else. Do you see the tagline at the bottom of this post? I almost always use my android to post and I run my small business from my Blu studio 5.3. You can do the same if you already have a software product. Port it to mobile and watch the profit flow in…Seriously.
