This is such a smart move! With Apple figuring out how to charge more and Google offering book deals with their new re-branded ”PLAY” motto, Amazon plans to change the game by offering free book lending at around one book per month if you are signed up to Amazon Prime for $80 a year.
The catch is that you have to own an amazon product (Kindle, Kindle touch, Kindle Keyboard or Kindle Fire) to receive the free library-esq features. Have you tried it yet?
With Prime, Kindle owners can now choose from over a hundred thousand books to borrow for free including over 100 current and former New York Times Bestsellers – as frequently as a book a month, with no due dates.
