Wow, to make up for have some of the most expensive devices, HTC is releasing tons of Kernel Source codes for free. Why should the Mainstream care? This is the chance to keep your old android phone alive. Source code is like drivers for a PC. It’s the same how some computers (Dell) won’t work without a CD that installs all of their hardware “software”. Trying to re-install windows on a some new computers won’t work without it.
