@loic must know something we don’t. In the social network universe there are/were only a few apps that pushed your status to everyone. Twitterfeed right now is still the best for automatic publishing to the major networks. Ping was the best at sending manual posts to everyone before Seesmic bought them. Seesmic had their own service but now it was beefed up with the Ping purchase. Twitter bought Tweetdeck and “Posterous” which was the first cross publishing site, but you have to create the content there to push it. Who is left? Hootsuite was the only one that also published to Google plus pages but lately that hasn’t even happened.
After all of the smoke/money clears you only have two independent means of cross pollination: Hootsuite.com and Twitterfeed.com. Technically the only 100% free one is Twitterfeed. I wonder why Seesmic is selling (out). They must know something we don’t to lose such a precious piece of the internet publishing pie. Oh well, hopefully we will find out soon. In the meantime android users, enjoy your seesmic app while you can.
