My full write up on this just deleted itself so I’ll just say, cool. Now maybe the developers can see how we can have the full version of Android 4.0 on our phones before the slow update happens. For some models this will be the only way to get the latest Ice Cream Sandwich on their hardware.
What is a “dump” of the Galaxy Nexus? It’s kinda like buying a whole pallet full of toys from a toy company. After unwrapping it, everything spills out and you must sort through it to see what you can use or sell. Android dumps are kinda like that only you don’t sell what you find. You see how it can be installed on other phones that might not have had the chance to experience the coolness. Keep it here for any new goodies the developers might find.

[UPDATE] It looks like because of someone on xda-developers created a mirror of the files, Paul O’Brien from Modaco took down his links. I asked him about this on twitter so expect another update soon.
