In a very wise financial move, I delegated the household finances almost 4 years ago to my wife. Because of that we still have a roof over our head and food on our table. At times though during our weekly budget discussions(I’m a card carrying micro-manager) I continue to ask dumb questions like was this or that paid or are we still behind in this or that. It annoys her to no end and I wish I had a better way to be on the same page with her.
Hopefully the cool android app named Manilla will help me with that. I already have an app for our financial institution but it does not help me check our history and forsee our financial future. I’d rather not shrug my shoulders when she asks if she’s missed anything budget wise (she’s thorough and humble at the same time) so I’ll give this app a try.
I already like it’s premise as a “manila folder”, something we already use to physically organize our bills. Have you tried it yet? Is it better than the Mint app? Comparatively Mint is more mainstream with more downloads on the market but just last year they were small too before they were bought by Intuit Inc. Well, let me know which one is better.
