One of the most annoying things I’ve found is trying to play music on my android with random earphones. Have you noticed that the Motorola earbuds sound horrible on Samsung and some HTC earphones are via special usb connections only? Hopefully in 2012 there will be a standard tech policy for surround sound audible tools.

In the meantime I want to thank Puregear for letting us test their in ear headsets. It took a while to get used to them but in a world where big headphones are back in, these are a nice change. Physically its ribbon like design is great because it NEVER tangles. I usually spend about five minutes trying to walk and untangle at the same time which is very frustrating and dangerous.

The sound is very crisp and loud with deep bass and clear treble with minimal audio leakage. Don’t you hate it when you can hear what the person in front of you is listening too? More importantly no one can hear you bobbing your head to dubstep in the city.

So after almost a year of using the Puregear in ear earbuds I still love them more than whatever comes with my latest gadget, except for the smaller Huawei connections. What about you? Have you tried these yet?
